- All digital submissions should follow the file naming protocol:

Homework due dates:
- Digital homework submissions have a default due time of 11:59 PM the day they are assigned. Typically these assignments are submitted through Google classroom, but occasionally digital submission will occur through Turnitin.com.
- All hand-written or printed out homework assignments should be assumed due at the beginning of the next class meeting unless an alternative due date or time is provided.

Reading notes (Homework)
- All notes should be handwritten on binder paper
- Clearly title the chapter and page numbers
- Define all the vocabulary terms
- Detail the main ideas and key points presented in each section
- Answer the Guiding Question in complete sentences after you finish reading the chapter and taking notes (do this at the bottom of your notes).
- Example of “Guiding Question”: What is government and what is its purpose?
Each week you will be assigned through Google Classroom a Current Event article reflection. Read one of four assigned articles that relate to our current unit of study. For your assigned article, complete the form and turn it in after we discuss the articles in class. The expected responses should be comprehensive and reflective of our current course of study. Of course, all responses must be grammatically correct and with complete sentences!
